LIST questions

Maybe I'm thinking of that other killilist, but what is the procedure for listing for-sale/wanted/for-trade fish/items on this list?  Is it even allowed?  If I recall (and I really think I'm thinking of the old list), lists were allowed on Fridays with the word LIST in the subject?
