Re: history of killies
Well Grasshopper, since you slept through most of my talks it is not that
suprising that you missed the one on the name Killifish. It's what you guys
do when you failed to put the lids back down on the tanks. OR it is a
Dutch word for stream, or small stream hence a killifish is a fish from a
stream. Was told one time by a shop owner that the name was one reason, of
several, why they were hard to sell in a store. See the name kill and folks
got the wrong idea.
