Green Water -- was -- Re:daphnia

Just a quick question.

How do you "start over"??

I have done good with Green Water when I get a starter from a friend.  In the
past couple months I have been having some problems.

Is there a way to start green water from the elements(lettuce, etc.).  If three
is I don't know it.

All comments welcome.
