Don't forget that the daphnia eggs and babies are in the bottom mulp even 
when the water looks clear of daphnia.  Therefore I recommend siphoning from 
the mid zone when replacing water. Some of my best though small cultures seem 
to stay in bottles that can be neglected for mos.  Like fish overfeeding
