You have a point. Green water serves many functions ie removal of waste, 
food for new fry & food for other cultured food. I think I could call the 
java moss a plant so it won't be counted as a food source. As far as the 
freezer space I understand it is cold in outer space - I was hoping to take 
advantage of that, but you are right frozen food is heavy.
I am wating for the price to go down before I book my tickets but that is no 
reason to be unprepared. Vince
