Or lovely CA, where we have rolling blackouts (and enormous taxes), but 
the best lying politicians in the business. My local rep., Gary Condit, 
is an amateur compared to the State leaders who put price controls on 
retail power, removed them from wholesale rates, contracted for Enron 
energy at many times normal prices, and then called that whole process 
"deregulation!"
