RE: Live foods: Fruit Fly Foam Plugs
I use regular 32oz cup. I use my formula but used to
use Carolina without any problem. I mix a bit of
brown sugar to the water, before pouring to the media.
If you can add some brewer's yeast(inactive yeast),
this will double the production. My frogs consume
about 3 oz of ff per feeding.
