RE: What would you do to a fish room?

Consider 2 X 6 construction rather than 2 X 4 for added insulation value
against both hot and cold.

Subject: What would you do to a fish room?

Moving time is near. I will be moving in July to a place that has no place
for fish tanks. Very sad :-( On the up side, it is a 1.19 acre lot with a
place already to go to build a fish building. I will have to build some sort
of building no matter what, since I will need some storage and an office for
work. I will have a little money to sink into this project, yet still will
be on a budget. I am looking at 300 to 400 Sq ft (maybe up to 528 (largest
city allows)) at this point.

So, for all of you who have a fish room or building, is there anything you
wish you would have done differently, or things you would add?

For those of you who have yet to create that fish room/building, what have
you always planned on doing when you do build that fish room?

I will not need RO water as local water is fine.

I thought about having 2 maybe 3 separate rooms for different temperatures.
One of the rooms I would not heat much and let it get very cool in the
winter. One other thing in my little brain, having part of it be a green
house with natural pools of water everywhere (for killies), earthen floor,
wild frogs, semi-tropical and tropical plants, maybe some small parrots
flying free........

Fuel cells............?

Anyway, let me know your thoughts. I want to do this right.
