fish bought at aka convention

I could use some help identifying some fish that were purchased at the 
recent AKA convention.

Trigonectes balzani miranda RDB 02/02

Chromaphyos alpha LES/93 Hoebruyn

Any help on spelling and such would be appreciated.  The ink was pretty 
smeared on the bags, by the time the fish got home.

Does anyone know anything about these fish?  What do they look like (they 
are rather small, or do they stay 1" in size)

Is there a picture of what they look like anywhere around the globe?

What type of conditions do they require?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
