Sorry Bro, Paul, but the price of the book has no bearing on taxonomical 
accuracy. [Use the KMI4 names if you want to get them correct as far as 
AKA is concerned.]

Fp. and Aphyos were separated many years ago, but a few Europeans 
remained stubborn about accepting the new classification, so books often 
used the wrong names, years later.
