Hi all,
Down here if you cut and paste something and use it they class it as a 10%
change and the copyright law dosn't cover it. All you have to do is make a
10% change and it is legle I have been involved in motorsport for years and
have probably seen 20 court casses involving copyright infringements and the
person who desiegned the original has always lost.

I could cut and paste your picture, cut off the copyright and border. Put a
different colour background and enhance the colour of the fish. Put it on a
T shirt, sell millions and still not have to pay you cent and win the court
case because I had all the money from the Tshirts to keep paying the
lawyers.

It comes down to people doing the right thing.

Would like to thank the DKG for putting Winfred Steglins photos on thier web
site a killie resource I thought we had lost.
