I know Tony isn't pointing the finger at the West African database regarding
copyrights for photos. All photos titled with other peoples work has, in all
cases been cleared with each person concerned.
Many AKA members including Tony have helped me out & I really appreciate it.
The only time I push this is when I know a person has passed on who I have
known or knew through people I know & they would wish there work to be made
use of without commercial gain in persuance of killie keeping. The site has
no adverts & makes nothing.
I think it is important that information should be there for future killie
keepers when we are gone. I would prefer my work to be made available for
future generations & not stuck in my kids loft.
I have made an effort to bring information from seasoned killie keepers into
the site before it is lost forever. This, in my opinion, is the real purpose
of the site.
Sorry for blowing my own trumpet. I agree with Tony.
