Can I assume that was a virus?

I got 4 emails today, one from killietalk that had the subject of "Lets be friends" on 2 of them. Since my hotmail account automatically scans for viruses each one was blank, even though the size was supposed to be 115 KB to 175 KB.

Can I assume that killietalk sent out this virus?
