I've learned so many good tricks from killietalk its about time I returned 
the favor. We all benefit from the community mind.

You can use the background color trick for nonannuals too. Black background 
makes fuzzy white eggs more visable. White background makes eyed up eggs 
more visible. Just change the background according to thier stage of 
development.
