egg eaters
Now there;s a topic that interests me, I have this pair of mirabile
mirabile downstairs...beutiful adults. He's always chasing her around the
tank, BUT, I havent found an egg in months, I strongly suspect a female who
loves her own personel version of omelets over black worms.
Has anyone found a solution for this other than collecting the eggs very
frequently? With many mop-spawners I find that the more often I collect
eggs the more I find, the next day.

Yes, but it seems to be that an individual pair or group will prefer a
color,
but a different pair or group of the same species will prefer a different
color. Moreover, most species prefer Java Moss to any yarn, even green. It
may not be the color but the fine structure that turns them on. Or it may
be
that they lay eggs everywhere but can find them easier to eat them on dark
colored yarn or on yarn vs. Java Moss.
