Re: G.E. Lighting
Going from a standard ballast to a high output ballastand high output bulbs
will definately make a difference in both the amount of light as well as
electricity used. Of course the cost of the ballast and bulbs is also much
higher.
Being a tightwad, excuse me, frugal, I look for the best light at the lowest
cost.
