RE: New Digital Camera technology
If this is what I think it is, there was an article recently [last month or
so] in the Wall Street Journal about it. It is supposed to be as good as
film.

I just heard about new technology from Foveon, soon available on a Sigma

camera for $3000. When its price comes down to my level of interest, it may
offer the resolution that we are all looking for. Also seems to be capable
of
combining digital camcorder with digital still camera functions at high
