I probably have the same setup.  I have a water storage tank on the
floor and
pump water to my tanks.  The top shelf is 5 feet off the floor and I
have 5 gallon tanks on it which means Iam pumping almost 6 feet.  I use
a Rio 1700 which cost
around $25 ...what they are today I don't know. I have about twenty some
feet of hose attached to it... I am really happy with the set up.
