I wouldnt fly American Airlines if my only other choice was going by
Conestoga Wagon, pulled by 50 mules with bad gas pains.
Last year American cost me a day, about $300 extra and lots of stress
arguing with their Buffalo baggage manager. He flatly refused to let me
bring my fish home from the Erie convention on "his airplane". I had to
stay in Buffalo an extra night; pay a rescheduling fee of $100, and hide
the fish from them when I boartded the next day. Afterwards I I wrote a
nice letter to AA management requesting some compensation and a rational
policy to their managers about transporting fish, they told me to stuff it.
If I could, I'd ask for an AKA boycott of AA.
I should send the letter they sent me to Ray and have him look at it before
he recomends them to any AKA members. Has he asked them if they will allow
our dangerous, hazardous fish on their airplanes? While these buttheads
were worrying about dangerous fish, we had Al Quaida planning other
surprises for them....and to that they were oblivious.

Ray Van Veen is booking flights for our speakers for
the National Convention and has asked us to forward
the following details in case anybody else would like
to use his travel services:
I have a contract with American Airlines which I can
give a 10% discount on
any ticket purchased before March 22, 2002, any
tickets purchased after that
date will get a 5% discount. Plus I have to charge a
$20.00 service fee to
cover my cost.
For any 50 tickets purchased the AKA will get 1 free
ticket to be used within
1 year.
The only problem is that I am not sure if it made it
to the March BNL, hope
it did. "Oh, I'm sure it did."
Maybe you can contact some members that might be
flying the convention.
American is the main carrier that flies in and out of
St. Louis. Let the
