Pick up one of the plastic reinforced "permanent" coffee filters (the mesh
is some kind of fairly indestructible plastic weave - mine is many years old
and as good as new) and use that for a filter. Should be available in any
large supermarket (at least in the US, don't know about Singapore). It will
get virtually all of the BBS and is pretty easy to hang onto when siphoning
your hatcher. You can also swirl out all of the saline solution and dip the
thing into fresh water before pouring the BBS out so you will be adding
miniscule amounts of salt to your tanks when you feed.
