Picture books (was Re: Still learning)

With that last sentence in mind, it's hard to beat the little Barrons' book,
_Killifish_ by Steffen Hellner. It has more good pictures per buck than any
other I can think of.
My other favorites, but in the more expensive category, are the Baensch
series (particularly Vols. 1 and 3) and the Radda and Purzl book _Color
Atlas of Cyprinodonts..._. The latter *was* super expensive, but clean used
copies crop up, now and then, at decent prices. Check with Jim Forshey on
