There is a German/Internation group based with the DKG. Their website 
has disappearred... but you can get in touch with the guy in charge, 
Rudolf Pohlmann at: RudolfPohlmann at aol_com.

He has a "record" of who keeps what and where. He also has info on 
all the populations in the hobby.

Don't forget to enquire about his infromation CD...
