You may need to hit the Text Select icon, first, Frank. It worked for me.
Control-A selected the entire document, and control-C, or the copy icon in
Acrobat (NOT the usual one under edit), put the whole thing on the
clipboard, ready to paste anywhere in Windoze.
My keyboard also lacks an "ANY" key. ["Strike any key to continue!"] :^)
