Ron, this fish is being farmed commercially in Singapore somewhere.  
A friend in Port Elizabeth orderred some (along with some  other 
killies) from an exporter in Singapore via his LLFS.
Ask around! get in touch with the local farms and LFS.

Unfortunetly my friend lost his adults 1 week after arrival and never 
saw any fry...
