I have a 5 gal tank that I use to hold my extra Filamentosus "ijebu-ode"
adults in . I threw a sinking mop in the tank just to see if they would
spawn in it.( I have built two 2 1/2 gal peat tanks that I normally use
to spawn them in.) When I checked the mop I found some eggs so I put
them in my normal small containers for hatching out water incubated
eggs. Has anyone out there every water incubated filamentosus eggs? I
think it is a 30 day incubation period if you do water incubate them. I
just thought I would try a batch this way to see how they do. Would
appreciate any past experiences.
