Hey !!! you know what, we use Sassafras leaves (ground up) in our Gumbo
here in Louisiana. We call it File' as in File' Gumbo. Think that would
help ?.....if it wouldn't help the fish it shure would make them taste
better !!!!!! <VBG>

Of course Cajuns will eat damn near anything.
