re: real Australian scene




Oh what fantasies - "that I have it on my agenda to destroy NAKA".

I could not see an organisation being destroyed by one single person unless 
what that person was saying is true and the organisation is perceived by 
many "members" as not serving the interests of killifish in Australia. Why else 
would the membership decrease by 50-60 per cent in just three years??

I want NAKA or any other killifish organisation to be accountable to its members 
and to listen to the wants and concerns of members. This is not happening.

May I ask when NAKA sponsored the importation of a single allowed species of 
killifish into Australia? May I ask what NAKA is concerned about in consultative 
committee issues with the government (would it be trout?? - see the website)? 
May I ask many many other questions?

Regarding SKG members seeing NAKA as a Victorian club. I was advised 
yesterday that NAKA (a splinter group of SKG) has consistently refused over the 
last 3 years to have a joint group. So who is seeing whom as the enemy
