Shipping fish

I expect failed USPS shipment (dead fish) may turn out to be the least of
the illegal shipper's problems. At some point, someone will try to male a
point (maybe with prodding from organizations like PETA) and the shipper
will pay a BIG fine or maybe be a guest at a federal facility. You don't
think so? Take a good look at the new airline security. These illegal USPS
shipments may go by air.
