RE: Mini Killie
I found the May '70 reference to mini killie........... a short
note by the editor, Joseph Ricco.
Title New Species Outlook for 1970
"It's beginning to look like 1970 will have it's share of new and
rare species. At least two new species that will become available later
this year will be through the efforts of Rosario La Corte. Rosario
informed me that he is working with a new unidentified Aphyosemion species
and also an unidentified Nothobranchius species, both obtained from Dr. W.
Foersch last year. According to Rosario, this Aphyosemion species is
brilliantly colored and an Aph. gardneri type
mini-killie....................................." ... rest of material
does not speak to the mini killie issue.
