Try a larger tank, at least 5 gallons. A thin layer of
gravel and some thick sinking mops works for me when I
don't use peat or moss. You will find some eggs in the
mops, but the gravel is the goldmine. Do figure 8's
with a brine shrimp net to get the eggs out of the
gravel.
