To be honest, I had not really thought about that. Maps usually print OK for
me, and the only other things I print are those awful .pdf files that are so
hard to read on the screen.* ;-)
Most of the BAKA site isn't intended to be printed out, but I'll have to give
it some thought, as far as articles, maps and meeting-location directions.

OK, it is easy. I'll just tell anyone who complains that it is copyrighted
stuff and they have no business printing it anyway! <VBG>
As Gary points out, most printers will reset to do plain black and white, and
even automatically reverse the "negative" page I tend to like. At least mine
do. The problem is that non-white letters may tend to be too pale, when
reversed. The web designer still has to worry about that.
