Some of us found australe "easy" when we had water which was relatively low
in mineral content. I took them  for granted when we had Lake Michigan
water.  When we moved to a town with much harder well water it was a
different story. They then became very difficult to spawn and hatch out
until clean rainwater or R.O. water was gradually added to the tank's water.
