The pseudo science lovers who hang out at health-food shops make it even
worse, RJ. They make a very big deal out of "natural sea salt," totally
ignorant of the principles of fractional crystallization that had turned it
into essentially pure NaCl. :-) It's the same process used around the south
bay, here, by Morton's, Leslie, Cargill, et al to make it for the grocery
stores (but at much lower cost).
