Yes, I think fish sale room numbers and fairness in their distribution

if we publish the mail in registration
form in the December BNL and allow folks to register online starting 1/1/02,
that should be relatively even between the two registration methods.

Does the timing really matter? Get the registration form out there, by any
means. The sooner the better.
