RE: L. Tanganicanus

I bubble the eggs by running a 3/16 lift tube to the bottom of a 2 qt water
pitcher and then tilt the pitcher so that the eggs naturally fall towards
the bubbling lift tube.  This keeps the eggs in motion and w/ good o2.  I
don't know if they object to current; I know that they object strenuously to
lack of oxygen.  In a 55 gallon tank, I use an Aquaclear 500 external filter
and a 4x4 slate bottom, sponge filter.  The extra filter is really just in
case one of the filters malfunctions (power outage) as these fish start
dropping rapidly when the o2 levels decline.
