Re: INTRODUCTION TO AN OFFER TO SUPPLY
Nobody is supposed to use killietalk for commercial advertising. Listing of fish for sale (occasionally) and personal experiences with other people's products are OK. Commercial ads can be placed in the BNL.
The distinction to be made is between those who are clearly commercial enterprises and those who are hobbyists with something to sell that is not an ongoing enterprise. The one I commented on was clearly an commercial enterprise.
