Not exactly, Matt. We are using the space devoted to livebearer programs last
year as a combined lounge area and manufacturers' sales tables, with many
invited to display and discuss their wares. Foods, medicines, and hardware
should be well represented.
The lounge area will have coffee and seating so folks can socialize outside
the halls, too. A huge part of these events is the ability to hang out with
and discuss killies with fellow addicts.
We looked for something most killinuts would like as an outside topic, but
nothing worked out this year. In past years, we have done everything from
rainbows to poison dart frogs. We tried hard for Bettas, but there was a
schedule conflict we couldn't overcome. Perhaps we will still try to have a
few wild Betta types on the sales tables, if we can turn up some unusual
species in Europe.
More, when we know more.
