Mr. Barry Cooper I read at Killitalk an article of you wich talked about beef heart and others and I liked very much, so I decided to send someones did by us.
1o. Beef heart paste:
_ heart (1kg or 2 lb)
_ meat of soya
_ codfish liver oil
_ shrimp meal
_ flake food (tetra)
2o. Heart and vegetables
_ heart
_ carrot with rind
_ potato with rind
_ spinash
_ shirimp
_ pumpkin
_ honey
_ reptile vitamin
3o. Heart
_ heart
_ potato with rind
_ pumpkin
_salt
4o. Ox liver
_ ox liver
_ vitamin "c"
_ spinash
_ honey
_ green peas
5o. Shellfish
_ crab meat
_ oyster
_ eggs of marine fish
How to do:
To cook all vegetables for 5 minutes. To add spinash and heart for more 10 seconds.To put everything in blender. In the end to add jelly without savour and to mix again.
The third paste, if you want you can add bananas and to become the paste firmer you can add baking powder or corn meal.
