Re: Yet Another WCW 2002 Speaker
Which show/convention to go to is probably the wrong
question. How many shows/conventions can you get to is
a better question. I for one am going to try to get to
every show I can drive to each way in a day. I hope to
take a load of fish with me, and come back with a load
(hopefully not the same load). I am not in a big
killie area, so I almost never get to lay eyes on the
people on this list. The shows provide a time to talk
about and enjoy my hobby with other people who will
still find me strange, but at least not because of
loving killies. It provides time to renew my spirit,
look at things in different ways, and learn and share
tall stories.
I have been to one killie show (Tampa AKA convention)
in the 3 years I have been rabid on killies. I
terribly need the group experience of a show. Lots of
group experiences. Lots of shows. Otherwise my
vacation time this year will be a repeat of the past -
honey do's and dying of boredom in malls while my wife
shops.
