I use a clear plastic cheese container. Mixed baby cereal to a depth of a
under 1 inch, about 10 or so grains of yeast, mix in enough water about the
consistency of a malt shake. Seed with worms the more the better. As culture
dries out be sure to add water. I do not use the lids .
