On frozen fish food boxes you can find a sticker which changes colour when
passing through an irradiation device. I'm wondering if these sort of
stickers will be put onto mail in the future maybe with a hologram.
I heard a radio program yesterday which stated that the Anthrax spore has
been regularly shipped through the post in the USA from laboratories to
interested parties (i.e. educational etc). What concerned me was the fact
that up until recently bubonic plague spores were sent through the mailing
system.
