Hi Mach,

Bob Shwiegerath, David Ramsey and I have found that by
***NOT**** labeling the box is the best way to get
things shipped USPS Priority.
My box shipped to AZ Priority got there in 3 days.
David's box to me in MI from GA got to me in 3 days.
David' sent his out on Saturday. 

Bob shipped a box recently recently unmarked and I
think he said 3 days.

I sent one Priority before Sept 11 marked "live fish"
etc. and someone at the PO somewhere stamped it
"Ground Transport ONLY" It was delivered on the 8th
day.

It looks to me like if you mark it "live anything" it
will most likely be shipped by ground. The last
EXPRESS box I sent was marked "Live Tropical Fish"
took 6 days and was shipped ground eventhough the
person I shipped it to wanted it shipped express and I
shipped it that way. 

I posted all of this about 2 weeks ago so I won't post
it again. If you want to read all of the messages
about this I think you can find in the list archives.

I think unfortunately that the best policy is 
"Don't ask and Don't Tell"

Once they start iradiating all packages all bets are
off.

Looks like live animals won't get shipped unless there
are previous
arrangements or perhaps Express mail...
