Sometimes you need to hit reload, if your browser is showing an older, cached
version. Acrobat is extremely ill-behaved, and does truly stupid stuff, at
times. I'm told it will actually work on a MAC and sometimes on Eunuchs or NT.

My current version (5) loads 300K of utterly blank page when I try to access
the F&E listing.

[I hate .pdf (as if Barry, et al didn't know it).]
