Re: Looking for Kille eggs

Hi Larry,

Welcome to one of the more fun parts of the aquaria hobby.

Most fish and eggs are traded at local clubs and aquarium societies. For those
without any nearby, the AKA has a monthly listing of Fish and Eggs for sale
(that is getting a little less certain since 9/11). Shipping fish has had a
few problems, but eggs should be OK.

Go to www.aka.org and explore around. You'll find pictures, beginner advice,
fish and eggs for sale and lots of fun links. Under Affiliate Clubs, you may
even find one within driving range. We had one fellow at the last BAKA meeting
who brought fish from 6 hours away. He bought several real bargains, too.
Maybe the locals didn't want to drive up his prices. IDK.

Four of us made the trip to the So. Calif. "Fish Fry" in Sept. and felt it was
well worth the trip (about 350 miles, plus).

Good luck,

Wright
