Quick question

Hi!
I am new to Killifish and have been breading with peat for the first
time. Recently I noticed several eggs in the peat containers and this
Saturday makes three weeks since I started and I plan on taking the
containers and peat out, but I have noticed a bloodworm and a few Brine
shrimp in the peat. I feed live shrimp and worms daily and usually the fish
eat them right up but sometimes I see the shrimp swimming in the peat
containers. How do I get them out without sucking up eggs and can I just pick
them out this Saturday? How harmful is this to the eggs, fish and peat moss?

                                                                Thank you.
