My ISP has switched domains, thus also a change in email addy which the
system didn't recognise. So I'm re-posting an earlier msg (via Barry).

Pat, it's noteworthy of you coming out in my defense and I do appreciate
that. I'll also take the liberty of quoting an earlier email to Uncle
Scott (my apologies), to place things in perspective. Scott can attest
to the authenticity or accuracy of my quote (is that necessary?).

I've been absent from KilliTalk, not from the 'rebuttals' but busy with
selling house, securing mortgage loans, planning for the renovations,
relocating the kid's school (which they've utterly refused!) etc... so
life's kinda messy at the moment.
Al may have come across somewhat strong and blunt, but we're all
entitled to express our opinions even when it might not go down well
with others. He still stands correct (which I agree with) that members
of AKA should have privileged information but diplomacy does ease
swallowing bitter pills.
I hold nothing against him and *definitely* NOT driven off the list (I
hope others had not misconstrued the situ). It's just not convenient
for me to keep track of the ongoing discussions at Killitalk for the
moment but my digests are archived in the PC. These, I'll follow up
when life is more settled down (including a new killie rack).
Thank you for keeping a lone Singapore hobbyist at heart and I'm happy
to say that what little killies I'm maintaining, are doing well. Now
that you've gotten me curious, what species are Dr Goldstein
maintaining? It would be nice if his assistant could bring some eggs
over though (not for free, of course).

May I know when this curiosity was aroused or when the message was
posted? I'd like to dig up the digest and read up a little (I seem to
be missing out alot of fun!!).

Pat, you forgot to mention I'm weird too ;o)

Anyone who has visited our little island in the late '60s couldn't have
possibly missed out VC Aquarium as it was a popular tourist
attraction.... too unfortunate it succumbed to commercial interest.

I didn't think so... we still have our little bits of insights to
share... members or non-members (let's not start this all over
again!!!). Whatever that has transpired has been long forgotten. There
were no low blows to begin with, just a difference in opinion, and I'm
looking forward to a new chapter of my life.

collected so much junk!)
Regards to all,
