I use dog poop, fresh or old, both work fantastically.  Of course I have two
of the machines which produce the aforementioned fertilizer product.  True,
usually you don't want carnivore dung for plant fertilizer, but for some
reason someone forgot to mention that to my forest green algae culture!!
