        Almost any restaurant uses several per week with pickles, slaw, etc.
Pickles leave a smell, but a day in bright sunlight fixes that in my
experience.  I have also bought some of the orange buckets that Home Depot
sells.  They work fine for keeping the water I use for my fry.
