The discussion of sources of 5 gal carboys reminds me that I would like to find a source for 55 gal containers in which to treat and mature water before use in tanks. A friend of mine has several white plastic (presumably food grade) containers this size that have a removable lid that is about 15" in diameter. They are much better than the one that I have (so far) that has had the top cut off, so can't be closed.

I'd appreciate hearing suggestions.
