I typically send fish out on Saturdays and have found that they arrive at
their destination on Monday in most cases. The few that don't arrive on
Monday arrive on Tuesday. Packeages shipped in a Monday typically arrive on
Friday or Saturday for me, so I have found the Saturday shipping to be
faster.

In this case, I would guess that the shipper probably is not at fault--if
the fish arrived as cold as you describe, it was probably due to being kept
in unheated conditions while in transit--something that the shipper does not
have control over.

Take a few days to cool down (no pun intended) and get the fish settled in.
I would contact the carrier (did they come USPS or via another carrier?) and
let them know you were dissatisfied with their handling, then contact the
seller and let them know that there was a problem. Remember, if the seller
was and AKA member, there is a code of ethics that must be followed, but YOU
must take the first step of letting the seller know that there was a
problem.
